JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Communicator, with the potential to grow into a Product Owner role in the future. As a Communicator, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders, interpreting and translating business requirements, and collaborating with team members to ensure the success of our software development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Translation and Interpretation: Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams by translating and interpreting business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Foster effective communication channels to ensure that all teams are aligned and working towards the same goals.
- Product Ownership: Aspire to become a Product Owner in the future. Take ownership of the Product Backlog, define and prioritize requirements, and evaluate the progress of the product at each iteration.
Working time: Monday - Friday (8:00 ~ 9:00 -> 11:30; 13:00 -> 17:30)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Japanese Language Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese at N2 level or above.
- Experience with IT Communication.
- Excellent Communication Skills and Teamwork
- English skills (Reading and Writing)
Nice to have: Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC)
