Receive requests from customers, then analyze and research the requirements.Translate and explain project requirements to the developer team.Support other members in the team.Preferred:Write test cases and perform manual testing to ensure quality before product delivery.Prepare documents, attend meetings, and analyze customer feedback.Manage project progress with the leader and report directly to the customer.

Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 level.Skills in organizing and managing tasks.Carefulness and proactiveness.Self-study ability and logical thinking.A passion for technology Progressive mindset.Preferred:Experience working in an IT company environment is a plus.Experience in writing test cases and performing manual testing.Ability to fluently communicate in Japanese (listening - speaking).Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
