1. Planning & Strategy Management (20%)• Coordinate between business and IT for the organizational value creation using technology.• Develop the IT's goals and objectives to enable an organization to demonstrate measurable results against the business strategies and goals.• Develop and drive the Balance Scorecard (BSC)/ IT KGI /KPI targets and assess performance against the targets.• Prepare, gather, analyze and/or interpret external or internal data so as to develop financial, operation and project reports for management / senior management's consumption.• Approaching business stakeholders to understand their initiatives & support accordingly.2. IT Project Management (20%)• Develop and drive structured IT Portfolio management practice.• Organize, coordinate and track IT programm, projects and operations and management reporting.• Develop and maintain structured management reporting framework.3. IT Operation Management (30%)• Planning & controlling of IT budget.• Infrastructure operations: Physical and Virtual Servers, Core network, Security applications, ServiceDesk team.• Office 365 apps training (Power BI, Automate…) & support business departments.• ERP S4/ C4 basic support.• IT SOP development & applied automation.• IT BCP development and maintenance of IT service management system• Security applications management to comply with APAC security policy.• Perform any other duties/ projects as required or directed from HQ/ Regional team.• Combine data analytics and other technology such as Power BI, RPA and AI to support business stakeholders & improve productivity.4. Security Management (30%)• Align with HQ direction, fulfill activities to hit security maturity-level (Security Management Office Minimum Requirements) based on NIST.• Managing IT team to ensure APAC ISMS KPIs achievement (COSO).• IT Security risks assessment (JSOX /ICSA) based on COSO & NIST framework.• IT Audit/ Regulatory report and examination related company sites.• IT Security policies review & training yearly.• AI application management based on HQ directions including AI ethics, AI training, and AI regulation study in the adaption process.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT management position.- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT service management and technical support.- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a customer-centric approach.- In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management principles, IT PMP.- Proficient in using IT service management tools and ticketing systems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement principles.- Working knowledge with Power BI or other similar reporting tools.- Experienced in Fortinet, Unifi, Aruba, Virtual Machine, Office 365, Cloud service, Cisco, Windows Server, VoIP system, Zoho Platform, ERP SAP Cloud Hana (S4/C4), CRM..
