- Troubleshoot and solve problems relating end users
- Install computer for new employees (win, email,printer, scan,software, network cabling)
- Install and uninstall application software
- Support EU via remote tools: telephone, email, chat or onsite
- Recover computer when employee stops working
- Troubleshoot the problems relating EU (MS Office, Autocab, Adobe,…)
- Troubleshoot the problems relating hardwares of PC, Laptop, Printer, Photocopy, scan
- Troubleshoot problems relating network (Internet, LAN, Printer, Camera)
- Troubleshoot the problems relating timkeeper, network equipment, UPS, Switchboard.
- Move, install equipment for EU among departments and sites not exceed 5km
- Prepare computer, equipment for meeting
- Report periodically
- New staff orientation
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- From 1 year experience in support end-user
- Able to communicate in English
- Having a CCNA/ MCSA certification is a big plus
- Good communication and handle situations quickly
- Good at teamwork
- Work on the night shift
- Priority candidate live in Binh Duong
