Join us to write your own success stories!  Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, define KPIs/OKRs and performance metrics for IT functions, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business needs. Oversee IT budgeting, cost control, and investment planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security requirements. Oversee enterprise risk management (ERM) for IT, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) readiness. Define training programs and career development plans to upskill the IT workforce in line with industry trends. Act as a technology advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights on IT trends, security risks, and digital opportunities. Manage company internal projects such as CRM, Intranet, HRM, internal projects for digital transformation. Manage and maintain company IT policies and IT infrastructure: network, servers, virtualization, and all business software/ applications (Jira, Confluence, Social Intranet, Service Desks, Source code control (GIT, SVN), and other Back-office systems) to ensure durability and availability of these systems.
