- The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology across the resort, ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with IHG brand standards. This role supports all departments by maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, and driving continuous improvement in technology usage. The IT Manager plays a key role in operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team support, reporting directly to the DOF & Business Support.
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems including servers, networks, telephone systems, and business applications.
- Ensure IT systems are operating securely and efficiently with minimal downtime.
Data Security & Compliance:
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols in compliance with IHG standards and local regulations.
- Conduct regular system audits and manage data backup and disaster recovery plans.
Operational Support:
- Provide technical support to all departments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems including PMS, POS, email, internet, and other business-critical applications.
Vendor & Budget Management:
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and support services.
- Assist in managing the IT budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising performance.
Project Management:
- Lead IT-related projects such as system upgrades, new software rollouts, and infrastructure expansions.
- Ensure timely delivery of IT initiatives in line with strategic business goals.
Training & Documentation:
- Provide basic IT training to staff and ensure end-users are informed of system changes.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
IHG Standards Compliance:
- Ensure full alignment with IHG corporate IT standards and protocols.
- Liaise with IHG regional IT teams as needed for system implementations and support.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera PMS, POS, Purchase Plus,...) is a plus.
Experience in network management, cybersecurity, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
