Install, configure, and troubleshoot development and QA environmentsProvide timely technical support for Dev and QA teamsSystem Management & TroubleshootingManage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.Proactively identify and resolve system issuesAutomate repetitive tasks using scripting and configuration management toolsSecurity & ComplianceCollaborate with the security team to implement and maintain IT security policies.Enforce access controls, patch management, and endpoint protection.Support compliance audits by maintaining logs, reports, and documentation.
