- Support (control, repair, maintain) all the systems in the Resort: Computer, Printer, PMS, CCTV, WIFI, Network, IPTV, PBX system at the direction of IT Manager.

- Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting.
- Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and other IT resources.
- Support all related departments on music selection and proper setups in resort areas, get approval for music selection by GM and IT Manager.
- Related Report according to the IT Manager requirement.
- Other duties as assigned by IT Manager.
