IT Project Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên Experience:Experience (at least 3 YOE) in managing medium or larger scale of BPO/ITO/Call Center projects, preferably for Japanese clients.Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an advantageUnderstanding of BPO/ITO/Call Center processes and challengesExperience with IT infrastructure and systemsUnderstanding of emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, automation)Ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and productivityStrong understanding of Japanese business culture and practices.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. 2. Knowledge and Skills:Foreign language: Fluency in Japanese. English is a plus.Project Management: Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, skill in developing detailed project plans and timelines, expertise in resource allocation and budget management, strong on quality managementLeadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate project teams.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve project issues.Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools and software.Cross-Cultural Understanding: Ability to navigate cultural differences and build strong relationships with Japanese clients.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related fieldCertifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications is an advantage
