IT Release / Project Manager (English, Agile)

What You’ll Do:As an IT Project / Release Manager, you will be the key person managing vendor resources and ensuring successful software deployments across multiple verticals. Your excellent planning, problem-solving, stakeholder, and project management skills align everyone to achieve efficient, quality, and timely delivery of valuable features to our clients.  Key Responsibilities: Deliver strong internal and external stakeholder engagements to drive IT projects within the company. Manage vendor’s resources and ensure proper deployment of resources. Identify, analyze, and propose suitable solution architecture and designs with subject matter experts to support business requirements. Consult and assist business units regarding any deployment of system changes or new system functions, managing associated processes and deliverables, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities. Report to the Program Lead and/or Product Manager and assist with project-related tasks as required. Ensure smooth release management by overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of software releases. Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure release readiness and minimize deployment risks. Implement and improve release processes, ensuring efficiency and minimizing disruptions. Track and document release progress, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. Monitor post-release performance and address any issues promptly. Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
