Job ResponsibilitiesIT Sales / SaaS Implementation Consulting / IT Solution Consulting for HR Industry Clients1. Sales• Research and understand the HR business markets in Vietnam and other Asian countries.• Create potential client lists, develop leads, and initiate business discussions.• Identify client challenges and propose optimal SaaS solutions.2. Consulting• Analyze client workflows and design solutions for optimization and efficiency.• Leverage in-house and partner solutions to deliver the best IT environments for clients.• Provide consulting on the implementation of solutions.3. Customer Success• Provide follow-up support and operational assistance after SaaS implementation.• Collect customer feedback to inform product improvements.4. Product Development Feedback• Collaborate with the product development team to propose new features tailored to the Asian market.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Required Skills• 3 + years of experience in IT sales, system consult design, or SaaS sales.• Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of operations.• English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).Preferred Skills• Knowledge and experience in the HR or SaaS industry.• Work experience in Vietnam or the Southeast Asian market.• Experience working on multinational and multicultural projects.
