Job Overview:WeCloud is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior ITSM Consultant to lead customer engagements, drive solution design, and deliver high-impact ITSM implementations. This role plays a critical part in aligning ITSM strategies with business goals, enhancing IT operations efficiency, and enabling clients to meet compliance and SLA targets through tailored solutions.The ideal candidate has a solid background in IT Service Management (ITSM), excellent English communication skills, and a proven ability to present, design, and implement customized ITSM solutions using industry-leading platforms. You will lead the full lifecycle from technical presales to hands-on deployment and optimization.Key Responsibilities:
Technical ITSM Consultant:
Collaborate with the sales team to assess client requirements and propose customized ITSM solutions.
Design and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to highlight solution benefits.
Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and pilot projects to validate solution capabilities and align with client expectations.
Manage the implementation of ITSM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and successful delivery.
Provide technical expertise to optimize ITSM components, delivering maximum value to clients.
Facilitate post-sales knowledge transfer and support smooth handover to client teams as required.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers to gather technical requirements and analyze business processes.
Act as a trusted advisor on ITSM/ITIL best practices and implementation strategies.
Build long-term relationships with customers by providing ongoing support and consultation.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design solutions that address customer pain points.
Document solution architecture, workflows, and integration strategies.
Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and ITIL compliance standards.
Communication and Presentation:
Prepare professional technical documentation, proposals, and English slide decks.
Deliver workshops, webinars, and on-site/off-site training sessions tailored to technical or business audiences.
Customize communication styles to suit both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Sales Support:
Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical inputs and documentation.
Support the sales team with collateral such as whitepapers, solution briefs, and case studies.
Participate in technical discussions during client meetings and proposal evaluations.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in ITSM consulting, pre-sales, or solution implementation.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools.
Familiarity with both commercial (e.g., ManageEngine, Freshservice) and open-source (e.g., GLPI, CMDBuild Ready2Use) ITSM platforms.
Experience with CMDB, incident/problem/change management, and service catalog design.
Hands-on experience in software deployment, installation, and configuration is required.
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, server, OS, cloud environment) is required.
Basic coding or scripting ability (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell) is considered a strong advantage.
Familiarity with APIs, integration methods, and basic scripting is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred)
ITIL Foundation or Intermediate certification.
Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., ManageEngine Certified Professional) are a plus.

Problem-solving mindset and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams.
OtherWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
