IT Staff

To ensure the stable and efficient operation of the company’s IT systems, network, and security infrastructure. Provide IT support to the head office, branch office and project sites, including remote and onsite support as necessary.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, firewall, and end-user devices (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.).• Provide daily IT support and troubleshooting for staff in the head office, branch office and project sites.• Coordinate with external vendors and IT team at Thailand/Head Office for system upgrades and issue resolution.• Manage software and hardware inventory, license renewal, and ensure IT assets are well-tracked.• Implement and enforce IT security measures, monitor firewall and backup systems.• Provide IT orientation for new employees and support system accounts setup.• Prepare regular IT reports and documentation related to system status and incident logs.• Other tasks as assigned by the Superiors.
