Receive and respond to emails, chats, and phone calls from Customers
Handle corresponding requests from the above sources, for example:
Request to update content and master data on the website
The operating system/service has errors and needs correction
Perform periodic backups of data
Monthly work report
Support translating documents for the development team
Perform tasks as requested by direct Management

Requirements:
Japanese equivalent to N2 or higher, good communication
Experienced in working with Japanese customer
Have basic office computer skills (word, excel,...)
Be proactive, promote responsibility in work, and be aware of good product quality
Nice to have:
Experience working in the IT industry
Understanding of Japanese culture and working style
Aim to develop to BrSE or BA
