Position Objectives:
- Serve as a vital bridge between the Headquarters’ IT team and the local IT team in Vietnam to ensure the seamless deployment, operation, and alignment of IT systems, processes, and standards.
- Drive system performance optimization, streamline operational processes, and ensure consistent, high-quality IT service delivery across the organization.
- Provide timely technical support to maintain business continuity and enhance day-to-day operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the IT team at the Headquarters to develop, standardize, improve, and implement IT infrastructure strategies, system processes, and operational procedures.
- Communicate directly and effectively in English (speaking, listening, and writing) with the Headquarters’ teams to ensure alignment, accurate task execution, and efficient project delivery.
- Deploy, develop, and supervise IT infrastructure and systems in Vietnam to accelerate business processes and enhance operational performance.
- Manage, operate, and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, storage devices, security systems, and backup solutions, ensuring stable and secure operations.
- Perform IT Helpdesk duties: install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, email systems, and other IT-related issues for end-users at the main office and satellite hubs.
- Ensure timely technical support and stable operation of IT systems and equipment across all locations.
- Support the rollout and execution of IT projects to align with the company’s business development and expansion plans.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role: IT System, IT Helpdesk, System Administrator.
Solid knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, Windows operating systems, hardware, and software.
Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments and international teams.
Good English proficiency (speaking, listening, writing) to work directly with foreign teams.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
