Mô Tả Công Việc
- Installing Hardware and Software and manage virtual machines in the data center and the cloud;
- Monitoring and evaluating system performance and making recommendations for upgrades;
- Maintaining security through updates, patches, and proper permissions;
- Perform data backups and virtual machine backups;
- Provide technical support to systems and users;
- Manage, operate and maintain the relevant systems;
- Ensure systems are patched and updated with the latest version for both of hardware and software;
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other system problems, and replace defective components when necessary;
- Review and research new technologies in collaboration with the business requirement to facilitate more efficient installation, management, performance and support;
- Periodically review system logs and reports to ensure that systems are working properly;
- Develop and manage the documentation of systems, software, and processes;
- Specify system requirements and design solutions and setup system if any;
- Provide technical assistance to users, include hardware and software issue;
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor and Presidential Board.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field; Advanced degree is preferred;
- Preferred certifications (MCSA, MCSE, LPI, Veeam, VCA, VCP ...)
2. Experiences:
- At least 5 years of working experience on IT System Administrator or equivalent position;
- Experience in Windows servers, Linux (Centos, Ubuntu, Debian, ...), VMWare vSphere/vCenter, Hyper-V, Veeam, Azure Active Directory Federated Services (AADFS), Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Internet Information Server (IIS), Routing Remote Access, SQL server, MySQL server, Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Office 365, CWP, pfsense, …
3. Knowledge:
- Very good knowledge and experience in the administration and operation of systems and cloud;
- Practical knowledge in dealing with Windows servers, Linux servers, ...;
- Good Knowledge of security standards and communication.
4. Skills
- Being able to multi-task and establish priorities;
- Good problem-solver with outstanding analytical skills;
- Maintain the composure under pressure to calmly find solutions;
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems;
- Enthusiasm;
- Good and solid communication skills to clearly convey information to staff.
5. Behaviours required
