IT System Monitoring Operator (Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP)

MEGAZONE Vietnam  is looking for 2 System Monitoring Operators to continuously monitor our production systems and ensure 24/7 operational stability. You will be responsible for watching system dashboards, monitoring tools, and alert screens to detect incidents, and immediately escalating critical issues to the US engineering team. This role is crucial for maintaining uptime and ensuring smooth system operations.What You Will Do:Incident detection and recovery managementMajor Incident ClassificationReal-time situation log during the incident response meetingDrafting of relevant departmental notices and incident reportsRecovery Instructions and EscalationParticipation in weekly meetingsReport the results of post-incident measures to the KR teamMaintaining records of minor incidents occurring during workParticipation in KR team meetings and fulfilment of support roles
