For the company's fast growth purpose, we are looking for Talent Acquisitions ready to join our HR Team in the HCMC Office. At the middle/senior level, we expect you can commit to a long-term companion and confidently take on these responsibilities:● Provide excellent service and full life-cycle recruiting.● Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional team members.● Proactively source candidates through various channels, building and maintaining a solid network of talented candidates, community building, and ongoing relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad range of positions.● Conduct interviews and assess candidates' competencies to select the most suitable for each open position.● Initiate, develop, and proactively deploy the Candidate Experience Journey.● Actively participate and support HR - Back Office tasks with the spirit of one as a whole and a willing-to-learn mindset to reach the shared goals.● Other tasks assigned by the line Manager.
