Role Description
Provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MS BC)
Troubleshoot system issues and assist users with daily operations
Maintain and update data within the ERP system (items, vendors, pricing)
Support system configuration, testing, and deployment of new features
Create and maintain documentation for processes and fixes
Collaborate with internal teams to improve system efficiency

Qualifications
Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Basic understanding of ERP systems (MS Business Central is a plus)
Familiar with JSON, APIs, or basic system integration concepts
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
