 Check-in Preparation

• Check Booking correspondence with the reservations and supervisor, Check Guest Profile.

• Inform concerned departments Guest allergy, dietary, program, special requirement…

• Check villa; make sure all furniture in good condition. Put welcome letter, welcome fruits, and welcome drink.

 Check-In & In-House Service

• Welcome Guests at the jetty; greet them by their last-name. Escort Guests to their villa, show all villa furniture.

• Instruct Guest how to contact GEM and Managers team.

• Coordinate with concerned department for Guest’s program.

• Standby 24 hours for guest request.

• Visit Guest at least 2 times per day to ensure they had satisfied stay.

• Confirm their program and update resort activities information, weather forecast. Up sell resort activities.

• Report to Managers daily guest journal.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for day clean, turn down service and ensure all villas’ furniture in good condition.

• Buggy driving upon guest request.

 Check-out Service

• Check and control Guest bill.

• Check all Guest bill and deliver draft bill to Guest one day before check out.

• Deliver check out schedule (luggage time, check out time, departure time).
