- Assist Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook traditional Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, ramen, and other specialties.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in menu development and recipe creation.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Stay updated on Japanese culinary trends and techniques.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Culinary diploma or relevant experience in a Japanese kitchen is preferred.
- Familiarity with Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Fluency in English or Japanese is a plus
