Japanese Front Office Supervisor/日本人受付スーパーバイザー

- Assist in executing all operational procedures of the Front office department.

- Assist guests in checking in, checking out and any acceptable requests they may have

- Responsible to follow hotel rules and regulations, maintains a friendly, neat and professional image to guests and colleagues.

- Induct new staff into the team, department and hotel following the guidelines. Ensure that all staff under your control carries out their duties in accordance with the SOPs

- Inform your Manager of any system problems, health or safety hazards, faults, repairs, cleaning needs and accidents .

- Ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was intended.

- Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect, sensitivity and transparency

- Lead by example when attending to guest requests. Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction

- Suggest any improvements that could be made to improve existing systems and procedures

- Performs any duties related to the department and assists other departments whenever necessary.
