- Participate actively in all web application development lifecycle phases, including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.- Support continuous improvement by investigating and presenting alternatives and technologies for architectural review.- Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for web applications.- Explore new technologies to solve technical challenges.- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Responsible for reviewing code and helping other team members with technical issues.- Conduct daily meetings with the project teams.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.- Good English communication and collaboration skills.- Strong proficiency in core Java concepts, data structures, and algorithms.- In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.- Experience with RESTful web services and API design.- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).- Experience with version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.- A passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.Preferred Skills:- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Mockito).- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
