Join our team to architect and deliver enterprise-grade fullstack solutions for clients undergoing digital transformation. Use modern Java and frontend technologies to build scalable, secure, and cloud-ready platforms. Collaborate with global teams, drive best practices, and contribute technical leadership to transformative client engagements.Key Responsibilities
Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
Create intuitive frontend applications with React, Angular, or similar
Design cloud-native solutions optimized for scalability, reliability, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and project management
Participate in client-facing workshops, requirements gathering, and solution planning
Lead development efforts, mentor peers, and uphold coding standards

Requirements
3+ years of experience in fullstack development with enterprise Java and modern JS frameworks
Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot,… and REST API design
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript( React / Angular)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
Excellent English communication skills for engaging with international stakeholders
Proven leadership capabilities in team and technical delivery
Preferred
Familiarity with digital transformation projects and IT consulting environments
Knowledge of security standards, compliance, and data protection practices
Exposure to Agile and hybrid project delivery models
Ability to understand client business needs and translate into technical solutions
Willing to go onsite (in HCMC)
