Knowledge:Minimum of 5-7 years of software development experience.At least 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead position.Extensive experience in database design, basic design, detailed design, and overall system design.Significant experience with the Java programming language. Candidates with experience in other programming languages are preferred.Extensive experience with design patterns, code refactoring, etc.Experience in developing integration mechanisms and API synchronization between systems.Skills:Work planning skills (planning your work and supporting other team members).Strong teamwork skills.Leadership skills.Code review, consulting, and technical management skills.Communication skills.
