You will mentor team members, ensure coding best practices, and guide the technical direction of projects.   RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Java development teams in designing scalable and maintainable applications. Review code and provide technical guidance to team members. Collaborate with product and project managers to meet technical goals. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Ensure best practices in code quality, architecture, and deployment. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in Java development. Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. Experience in leading software development teams. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. We are seeking a Java Technical Lead to oversee the design and development of complex backend systems.
