Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with delivery managers and clients to understand current and future business needsAnalyze existing systems to identify upgrade opportunities or feature enhancementsPropose comprehensive business solutions with cost estimations (development, operations, maintenance)Lead the design and implementation of system architecture and integrationFacilitate technical discussions with development teams to align on software requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues across the project lifecycleEnsure seamless integration of all system components and infrastructureProvide training and guidance to staff on system procedures and best practicesAddress technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions from stakeholdersMonitor system performance to ensure alignment with user needs and business goalsSupport presales activities including technical proposals and solution presentations

Technical ExpertiseStrong background in Java API Microservices & Oracle PL/SQL & Forms/ReportsHands-on experience with Azure Cloud, AKS, Apache NiFi, SalesforceFamiliarity with .NET C#, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Spring Framework, Spring Boot (preferred)Proficient in Oracle DB, MongoDB, PostgreSQLExperience with Unit Testing, Jenkins, Fortify, Snyk, SonarQ for code quality assurance Soft Skills & Domain KnowledgeExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving aptitude and strategic thinkingProven experience in technical solutioning, proposal writing, and presales engagementsGood command of English (spoken and written)Prior experience in the insurance domain is a strong plusWillingness to work onsite at the customer’s office in HCMC (Hybrid model: 2–3 days onsite per week)
