Assist in Kitchen Management:
- Support the Executive Sous Chef in managing the kitchen team.
- Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and food is prepared on time.
Food Preparation & Cooking:
- Help cook and prepare meals for guests.
- Ensure dishes meet the resort’s quality standards.
Supervise Kitchen Staff:
- Assist in training and guiding kitchen staff.
- Help ensure all staff follow the right cooking and safety procedures.
Inventory & Stock Management:
- Assist with managing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Help order and restock ingredients as needed.
Maintain Cleanliness:
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean and safe.
- Follow health and safety rules in the kitchen.
Guest Satisfaction:
- Work with the team to ensure food is delivered to guests quickly and correctly.
- Accommodate special food requests from guests when needed.

- Demonstrated the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organization and training abilities.
- Good writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Material, Purchasing Management or related field.
- 1 year experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
