1. Background & Hiring IntentWe are a growing IT outsourcing company currently handling client communication and internal project tracking through the CEO. As the company scales, we need to hire a dedicated person to take over these responsibilities and manage external and internal coordination. This role is not a traditional sales position. Instead, it focuses on:
Understanding client needs during meetings (in English),
Communicating those requirements clearly to the development team,
Tracking the progress of internal development work,
Managing expectations and timelines with clients.
The position combines client-facing communication with basic project management responsibilities. As such, it’s most accurately described as a Junior Project Manager with strong English communication skills. --- 2. Position TitleJunior Project Manager (English Required) Location: Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh or Remote) Employment Type: Full-time (or Fresher if no prior experience) ---Key Responsibilities
Attend meetings with international (English-speaking) clients to gather and clarify requirements.
Document and communicate those requirements to the internal development team.
Track project progress, timelines, and report risks or delays.
Maintain regular communication with both clients and internal team members.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and team deliverables.

Requirements
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Proactively connect with teammates and have a strong work ethic
Basic understanding of software development (coding not required)
Experience using collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Slack)
Previous experience in project coordination or related roles is preferred but not required.
2. Fresher Track (If No Experience)
Candidates without prior project management experience may apply as interns.
Fresher duration will be performance-based with clear evaluation criteria.
Successful interns may be promoted to full-time roles after the initial evaluation period.
Interns will handle real responsibilities under supervision and receive mentorship and training.

Full-time positions will receive year-end bonus (13th month) and performance-based incentives.
