- Report directly to the supervisor(s) and project manager if required.- Responsible for closely working with client/project manager to clarify, analyze thebusiness requirement;- Get/research concept, business objective to provide the effective solution for thecustomer.- Use UML to model and define features, use cases, system workflow and othernecessary diagrams.- Design the application mock-up/ wireframe.- In charge of documents writing of User Requirement Specification, FunctionalSpecification, etc.,- Define the quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints and othernonfunctional requirements.- Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirementsspecifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.- Serve as an internal point of contact for development team whenever requirementsneed to be clarified.- Support in testing, verifying bugs/issues with Customers.- Provide the application manual user and train staff in how to use the newapplication.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 2 years experienced on BA role of enterprise systems.- Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirementanalysis.- Good command of English communication skills (speaking, listening, readingand writing)- Good UI/UX knowledge and experience- Good presentation and client relationship skill- Good organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills- Experience in the UML design and data modeling- Background technical background knowledge- Excellent using Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Be proactive, initiative, flexible, conscientious, responsible, honest and prudent- Hard-working and ready to work in pressure environment to meet deadline- Education: Bachelor of IT / software / or Information System / Economics /Financial / Insurance- Banking domain experience is a MUST.
