About the RoleAnh Béo is seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to support the design and evolution of our digital products. You will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to help shape user interfaces and user experiences across our platform.This role is ideal for a motivated junior designer who is confident using Figma, comfortable communicating in English, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to grow their skills through hands-on product work.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design of user interfaces for web and digital productsCreate, update, and manage design files, components, and layouts in FigmaAssist with wireframes, user flows, and basic UX documentationApply and follow existing design systems and brand guidelinesPrepare design files for developer handoffParticipate in design reviews and implement feedbackCommunicate design ideas and feedback clearly in EnglishHelp improve designs based on usability, feedback, and project requirements

Required Skills & QualificationsExperience using Figma ( academic, or professional experience)Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (layout, usability, hierarchy)Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (daily working language)Strong attention to detail and visual consistencyWillingness to learn and improve through feedbackGood communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetA portfolio showcasing UI/UX or digital design work (student or personal projects are welcome)Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills(Not required, but considered an advantage)Graphic Design skills (branding, marketing materials, presentations)Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)Video editing or motion design skillsFamiliarity with design systemsExperience collaborating with developers or product teamsExperience working in an English-speaking or international environment
