We are seeking a Junior Web Developer (1–3 years of experience) to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Java Web development using at least one of the following frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Servlet, JSP, Struts, Hibernate, Java Server Faces (JSF) or ReactJS. In addition, the candidate must possess solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 for building responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior developers and project managers to understand requirements and deliver features on time.Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications (Internet Banking) and Mobile Banking applications (web view) using the company’s internal frameworks or ReactJS.Experience with RESTful APIs for web applications.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Debug and fix technical issues to improve application stability and performance.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.Keep up-to-date with new web technologies and suggest improvements.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Basic knowledge of Java Web frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, MVC, Hibernate) or ReactJS and related libraries.Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ TypescriptKnowledge of version control systems (Git).Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to project needs.Able to work independently as well as team work.Can work under high pressure, detail-oriented, and careful.Preferred Skills (Plus but not required)Have got acknowledge about Banking/ Finance Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
