JOB SUMMARY
-Promotes positive guest experiences by facilitating the activities in the Hotel during weekday and weekend, to be aligned with Resort in the City Strategy.
-Works in conjunction with leadership and operation teams in the development and implementation of the strategic plan for the enhancement of all entertainment venues and special events.
-Supports leadership in concept development and coordination of creative team.
-Works closely with Loyalty Manager and Quality Manager to drive ITR and great experience of Hotel’s Guests, especially the NQ Guests or Guests booking under package
-Manages the day-to-day technical operation and quality assurance of all entertainment venues and events designed for in-house Guests.
-Coordinates sales efforts with all departments to maximize revenue opportunities through encouraging Outlets bookings or Wellbeing on 8 bookings by recommend Hotel’s services.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Computer skill
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the Guest Experience area.
- Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the event management or related professional area required.
