Accounting• Ensure financial practices are in accordance with accounting rules as well as company guidelines, policies and procedures.• Check Daily sales report. Prepare Daily sales report template at month end.• Record payroll into the accounting system.• Oversee Asset management include setting up new assets, transfer, depreciation, liquidation…• Supervise payments, including but not limited to, Store Expenses, G&A Expenses, Reimbursements, Cash, Bank Payments and Loan Payments; as well as ensure proper internal control systems are in place.• Work closely with banks to arrange new loan documents and funds to secure enough working capital for day-to-day operations.• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly book closing by managing all key accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Payroll, Social Insurance.• Other tasks will be assigned by managers.Reporting• Ensure daily reports are sent out to Management timely.• Ensure all financial numbers are consolidated for internal and external presentations.Audit• Assist in working with internal and external audit.People / Relationship Management• Supervise and train subordinates.• Build and maintain effective relationships amongst a range of function departments.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.• Strong understanding of accounting principles.• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting in foreign company.• Have good critical thinking and self-discipline.• Have good skill in work organizing and time management.• Able to communicate in English. Good Excel and SAP software system is preferable.• Ability to work under high pressure.• Work in a team and independently.• Be a careful and dedicated person.
