- To be responsible and overseeing the company’s accounting tasks such as receivable accounts, payable accounts, entry of general ledger journal, Depreciation, Accrual, Prepayment and tour costing
- Managing of payables and receivables to finalize tours
- Reconcile accounts, identifies and researches reconciling items in detail and reporting in periodically
- Accurately doing Tax fillings and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…) & file accounting documents to prove tax reports
- Liaise with tax authorities, audit and other state authorities to resolve discrepancies and inquiries
- Other human resources such as renewal contracts, preparing for payroll and payroll deductions with current Labor Law
- Retaining accounting data and documents as prescribed by law
- Other tasks assigned by Director
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male/Female, 25 - 40 years old;
- Graduated from the University majoring in Accounting;
- At least 05 years of experience as a General Accountant
- Prefer accounting experience in MICE and tourism agencies
- Using Accounting Software (Misa)
- Ability to synthesize and write reports.
- Ability to read and understand English
- Honest, careful, responsible for work.
