ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESThis role is all about driving success in Key Account and Channel operations. You'll lead the charge in executing operational plans, ensuring brand performance metrics, and managing a team of Key Account Officers.Building strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders is key. You'll also assess business performance, coordinate trade programs, and handle budgeting.• Reports to: Senior Customer & Distribution Manager• Reporting Level: Lead Self & OthersWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR• Effective Execution of Operational Plans & Achievement of KPI: Ensure the implementation of Key Account & Channel Operational Plans in the designated area/region. Attain goals related to brand share/volume, distribution, visibility, and stock management for Key Accounts.• Team Management: Oversee the daily operations of Key Account Officers, ensuring smooth execution of plans and adherence to company policies.• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distributors.• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among regional key account team, regional business development, headquarter key account and other various departments, ensuring cohesive execution of initiatives that align with organizational goals.• Budget Management & Internal Control Adherence: Effectively manage the budget allocated for Key Account & Channel programs. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures concerning cash and stock management.• Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing key account team by providing coaching and mentorship to direct and indirect reports. Foster an environment conducive to individual growth, enabling effective succession planning.• Innovation & Transformation Drive: Actively participate in the origination, evaluation, and implementation of new, innovative ideas to drive brand growth and effectiveness.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar• Understanding and experience of managing Trade Marketing, Customer Engagement, Account Management and Field operations.• Experience in motivating, coaching and developing big team• Strong analytical skills, adept at leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving successful outcomes and achieving strategic objectives.• Strong business insight and interpersonal & communication skills
