- Greets guests/ children upon arrival & process registration
- Provide prompt, efficient and courteous services to guest, visitors
- Directs all aspects of the Kids Club activities function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction
- Responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of all the Kids Club activities inside and outside the resort
- Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery
- Perform such functions as to include but not be limited to:
- Arrange weekly activities schedule for all the kids on property incorporating concierge, recreation, and F&B departments
- Lead and participate in Kids Club activities to gather immediate guest feedback ensure quality of activity
- Compile, analyze and control Kids Club activities revenues and costs
- Overall responsible for creating and maintaining the entire range of kid’s activities services offered for different age groups with the aim to maximum guest satisfaction
- Has skills needed to become a childcare
- Shows guests how to safely use exercise equipment and give general tour of facility.
- Maintains adequate supply of refreshments, cups etc.., and requisitions supplies if needed.
- Obtain a solid knowledge of the hotel products, services and facilities.
