2. Act to prevent errors in work by checking the project architect’s design planning and programming and by reviewing and approving the coordination of the work of the project team
3. Identify and resolve problems with service by close liaison with the client provide solutions to performance issues
4. Verify the implementation of solutions by checking that recommended actions are working have overall responsibility for the project
5. Control further design and documentation processes until deficiencies have been corrected
6. Review and approve the work of the project staff
7. Manage the contract administration activities
8. Maintain client contact
9. Participate in design reviews
10. Identify deficient work and recommend corrective actions on project work​
