- Make timesheets and perform timekeeping for department associates.
- Assist the Chef in scheduling work for staff, ensuring that the work requirements of the resort are met.
- Monitor associates' work schedules and promptly notify associatesif there are unexpected changes or transfers.
1.2 Control of assets and goods of the department
- Supporting the inventory of the quantity and quality of imported goods.
- Assist in tracking the department's inventory.
1.3 Management of tools and kitchen parts assets
- Support and coordinate with the accounting department in inventorying assets, machinery, tools and tools in the kitchen.
- Support monitoring the use and preservation of assets, machinery, kitchen tools and tools of associates.
1.4 Perform administrative work
- Recording and making statistics of tables, making work reports.
- Carefully store records and documents assigned for management

- At least one to two years experience at the same position.
- Be able to relocate to Bac Ninh city.
