Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Female, under 35 years old• Fluent in Korean (both spoken and written) is a must (TOPIK Level 5–6); able to communicate smoothly with Korean guests• Preference given to candidates with near-native Korean communication skills• A university degree is strongly preferred, ideally in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Entrepreneurship, or similar• Willing to work rotating and night shifts• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or related service industries• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Familiar with customer service standards and processes• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines• Strong problem-solving skills based on a deep understanding of the industry, operations, and procedures• Understands corporate culture and applies it effectively to build long-term relationships with players
