- Acting as a bridge between Japanese customers and the Offshore project team in Vietnam
- Working directly with Japanese customers: communicating, negotiating, receiving, analyzing software project requirements... and communicating with the Vietnamese project team
- Working as PM of projects: Planning, monitoring progress, managing Onsiters team
- Control project implementation progress, and coordinate with customers and Directors in project management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Japanese level equivalent to N2, good communication
- Experience and proficiency in one of the programming languages Java/PHP,…
- Can read and write specs, and blueprints in Japanese
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Japan
