• Conduct time and motion studies and recommend changes for productivity improvement.• IE System Logic Realization & Maintenance / Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues• Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.• Assist in setting production goals and monitor performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.• Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, reporting on progress and outcomes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• College/University or Master's degree in a technical field• 2-3 years of relevant experience.• Good knowledge of metal processing operations.Compensation and Benefits:• Competitive salary.• Attractive welfare package: Full participation in Social Insurance, Health Insurance.• Shuttle service from District 1, HCMC.Working Conditions:• Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
