Job Overview and Core Responsibilities:• Identify, locate, count and generating quote on all Air Devices including Grilles, Registers,Diffusers, Dampers, Louvers, Fire dampers, etc. found on mechanical plans.• Apply competitive cross reference, pricing, and lead time strategy on quote generation.• Ensure compliance of selections with industry standards and regulations• Providing technical guidance on GRD Selection to sales team, customers and other teammembers• Maintain and organize team inbox for workflow management• Maintains accurate, complete, and timely information on productivity, capacity, and resourceutilization.• Overcomes business and technical objections of prospective customers.• Lead the execution of processes and programs to enhance customer experience and increasequote conversions.• Collaborate with other departments to handle sales, marketing, inquiries, and deliveriesefficiently.• Identify growth opportunities and market trends.• Performs other duties as assigned.

***Minimum Requirements:• Solid experience (3 years+) in preparing estimates and quantity takeoffs from plan sets and technical documentation• Ability to ready and understand mechanical plan sets• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally communicate in English.• Proficiency with MS Office suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and takeoff software (Bluebeam or similar)Skills and Competencies:• Detailed and ability to maintain high level of accuracy.• Strong problem-solving skills• Customer-focused attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.• Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office environments.***Benefits:• Attractive salary and allowances, including annual merit-based increments• Fixed 13th-month salary• Performance-based variable bonus• 5 working days per week• 15 days of annual leave• Comprehensive commercial insurance for employees and their spouses/children• Pension Fund with up to 6% monthly base salary contribution• Annual company outing and team-building activities• Dynamic and transparent working environment, offering plenty of opportunities for learning and development• Company-provided transportation from Ho Chi Minh City and Bien Hoa to the facility
