- Tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành Vật liệu xây dựng, Công nghệ kỹ thuật hóa học, công nghệ điện tử và những ngành tương tự
- Ngôn ngữ: thành thạo tiếng Anh
- sử dụng được tin học văn phòng (Power point, Excel)
