Develop and optimize lubricant products, evaluate formulas, trial blending, actual testing and assist customers in testing.2. Communicate with international additive manufacturers to introduce product formulation technology.3. Draft product technical documents (PDS, SDS), support the Sale-Marketing department and Engineering & HSE department4. Involved in providing technical customer service and after-sales support, helping to promote and implement5. Participate in the establishment, updating, and maintenance of laboratory capabilities according to ISO 17025 standards.6. Draft, control, and manage related records and documents (system control documentation, technical documents, and related guidelines, etc.).7. Implement, follow and improve processes according to the ISO 17025 standard.Participate in internal audits, rectify discrepancies, and improve the system.8. Work with external parties as needed (such as coordinating inter-laboratory evaluations, certification bodies, etc.).9. Perform tests, measurements, and sample analyses according to approved procedures.10.Evaluate the measurement uncertainty of testing methods.11.Process experimental data, compile result reports, and ensure the accuracy of the data.
