- Manage lab operations including fabric/ garment physical test (denim product), shrinkage/ shade test, waste water test, and chemical testing.- Manage and improve operations workflow, processes, and resources, to ensure work effectiveness and efficiency in the laboratory.- Understand client request/instructions on test requirement(s).- Review testing data and approve test reports.- Ensure calibration and maintenance of all lab equipment.- Ensure adequate resources in terms of equipment, manpower, and technical supplies to achieve quality objectives.- Training the team for new test and capability development.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduation in Textile/ Chemical- At least 3 years of experience in chemical/textile testing field;- In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025- Good understanding of testing procedures and good convincing skill and problem-solving skills;- Have extensive and deep knowledge in textile and testing;- Good at English skills;- Accuracy, enthusiasm, strong commitment.
