Laboratory Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• 1 Plan, conduct, supervise, and evaluate laboratory operations, including developing new testing methods.• 2 Ensure compliance with specialized regulations for testing in all relevant areas.• 3 Guide the implementation of updated testing regulations and professional guidelines.• 4 Develop and maintain forms, processes, and policies related to laboratory operations.• 5 Advise laboratory management on planning and professional matters.• 6 Prepare statistical reports and weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries.• 7 Draft business plans and participate in customer relations to promote laboratory services.• 8 Manage the promotion and representation of laboratory services to stakeholders.
