Land Management Executive

1. Keep track of the Project land clearance work in People’s Committee of ward and related State authorities timely, fully report to Director for handling. 2. Get involved in executing the land clearance work of project: Site investigation, the land clearance dossier, land origin confirmation, payment, land hand over, the tomb removal and the other related work. 3. Organize, set up the land clearance plan, and carry out activities to accelerate land clearance progress of project to obtain the plan. Control the work progress and land clearance dossier. 4. Arrange meeting between Company and authorities when required. Establish & maintain good relationship between Company and related authorities in land clearance5. Consult the Director about the strategy in land clearance and work solution. 6. Handle the site work related to the local land owners and land protection. 7. Estimate land compensation expenses8. Co-ordinate with Contractor, Sub-contractor and other divisions of the Company in works related with land clearance9. Keep updates all regulations and laws related to land clearance policies & land clearance procedures10. Do other tasks as required.
