LAWYER (LEGAL TEAM LEADER)

We are looking applications from independent and highly motivated candidates for the position of Lawyer (Legal Team leader) in our office in HCMC. Trách nhiệm công việc Preparing legal advices and documents about foreign direct investment. Preparing legal documents for M&A such as transfer of assets or acquisition of shares. Preparing legal documents related to corporate compliance issues. Preparing legal documents on Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, etc. Reviewing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. Providing legal advice/opinions in response to client’s queries. Liaising with governmental authorities for client-related information. Representing company/clients in dispute resolution and lawsuits (if any). Performing other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.  Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Licensed to practice law in Vietnam. Lawyer card. Experience in FDI, Corporate Law, M&A, Real Estate, Labor Law, etc. Proficiency in written and oral English. CV with photo in English.  Phúc lợi dành cho bạn Competitive salary and attractive bonus.
