The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, data engineering, and data science, with expertise in RDS, MSSQL, Tableau, Vertica, and Snowflake. As a Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business intelligence initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support data integration and transformation.• Manage and optimize databases using RDS and MSSQL, ensuring high performance, security, and availability.• Leverage data warehousing solutions such as Vertica and Snowflake for optimal data storage, retrieval, and analytics.• Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to provide actionable insights.• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support data science initiatives and machine learning models.• Implement and enforce best practices in data management, including data quality, data governance, and data security.• Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the data engineering team.• Ensure effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress and challenges.• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of data solutions.Tech Stack• Database: MS SQL• Data Warehousing: Snowflake, Vertica• Cloud Services: RDS• Data Visualization: Tableau
